What you would be doing
- Collate, input, and validate data from drainage surveys and site investigations.
- Use specialist software (e.g., WinCan, GIS platforms) to process and interpret survey results.
- Prepare and format technical reports for clients and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for project documentation.
- Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and company procedures.
- Assist in scheduling site visits and coordinating survey teams.
- Liaise with field engineers and surveyors to ensure completeness and clarity of submitted data.
- Communicate with clients regarding report submissions and follow-up queries.
- Maintain accurate records of CCTV footage, site notes, GPS data, and condition reports.
- Assist in internal audits and quality checks of survey data and reports.
- Support the Project Manager with project tracking and performance metrics.
