Responsible for leading and supporting network initiatives to ensure that the network infrastructure aligns with Mapletree Group's digitalisation efforts. This includes enhancing operational efficiency, building capabilities, and meeting compliance requirements.
Design network infrastructure, policies, and procedures for continuous governance of the global network, both on-premise and in the Cloud. Establish architectural standards and ensure Mapletree Group's compliance with them.
Ensure the availability and security of the network and its systems.
Provide monthly/quarterly security reports. Review and recommend processes to manage operations efficiently.
Updating policies and SOPs, managing equipment inventory, preparing status reports for management, and handling corporate administrative procedures.
Managing vendors and ensuring tasks are executed correctly.
Maintain SLA and ensure service quality.
Responsible for acquiring network equipment and services, maintaining billing records, tracking contract expiration dates, and coordinating payments.
Provide first and second level support for internal network and voice infrastructure, as well as technical support to resolve any network and voice-related issues.
Responsible for managing and planning network projects and operations effectively in complex environments. The operational tasks include Incident Management, Service Requests, Change Requests, and Problem Management.
Support IT teams like Network, and applications to deliver IT project solutions. Collaborate with various disciplines to meet multi-disciplinary project requirements.
Manage a team of network engineers and outsourced vendors to ensure that networks meet the operational requirements. This includes organizing and, when necessary, providing off-hours support for critical network issues. The scope of support will cover various technologies deployed in Mapletree.

Experienced in Cisco Networking, VOIP, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.
Proficient in supporting Teams Phone, conducting network security reviews, patching, and audits. Responsibilities include configuring firewall rules, reviewing logs, and managing perimeter security.
Proficient in LAN, WIFI, WAN, SDWAN, SDN, BGP and network protocols. Capable of managing firewalls and conducting security investigations. Collaborates effectively with other disciplines to meet project requirements.
Over 10 years of hands-on experience in regional IT networking and infrastructure support.
Ability to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies, and present new policies to management.
Expert in hyperscalers’ networking, such as AWS, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud.
Candidates who possess Mandarin language proficiency (able to understand, speak, read and write) will be preferred, to manage the China market.
A team-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experienced IT professional with a clear understanding of IT operations and experience in optimizing these operations.
Degree in Information Technology and Cisco Certified Network Associate certification.
