You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of software development for customers and BA’s.
Key responsibilities include creating and implementing development strategies, managing development teams, ensuring software quality, identifying and analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to drive growth.

Proven experience in fostering innovation and applying Design Thinking and Lean Startup
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead interdisciplinary teams.
Kanban, Scrum of Scrum, Pair programming, Squads), programming languages (e.g.
At least 10 years of professional experience in software development with at least 3 years in a
C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, typescript) and cloud technologies.
Experience in leading software development projects from idea to market launch.
Strong technical knowledge of modern software development methods (e.g. Agile, Scrum,
University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
