Deliver excellent service by completing PPM tasks and reactive works within contractual SLAs and KPIs.
Work independently and oversee reactive works and small projects delivered by others.
Small mechanical installation works (pumps, valves, taps, etc).
Ensure all operational activities comply with internal processes and external regulations.
Ensure work is undertaken in line with method statements, risk assessments, and NG Bailey health & safety systems, as well as relevant legislation.

M&E fault finding.
Demonstrate strong Health & Safety awareness to ensure the safe delivery of all work.
Level 2 qualification in a Mechanical discipline (or equivalent).
Experience with pumps, AHUs, FCUs, filters, belts, and pulleys.
Experience in servicing, repairing, and installing HVAC equipment.
BMS systems such as Trend, Honeywell, Siemens (e.g., resets, hot/cold control, boiler-related tasks).
BMS experience, multi-skilled capability and/or HVAC certifications.
Control panel PPMs and actuator work.
