General Counsel

Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts — from commercial agreements to employment, real estate, and investment documents.
• Liaise with external counsel and government authorities (MISA, ZATCA, MOC, RERA, etc.) to ensure compliance and resolve issues efficiently.
• Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising, partnerships, and international expansion.
• Oversee all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across Mnzil’s entities and operations.
• Stay updated on local and regional laws affecting startups, real estate, and tech operations.
• Advise leadership on corporate governance, risk management, and legal strategy.
• Develop internal policies, templates, and processes to ensure legal alignment across departments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in corporate or commercial law, ideally within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations, corporate structures, and labor law.
• Experience in startups, real estate, or cross-border operations is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Business-minded approach with the ability to balance risk and opportunity.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating diverse types of agreements.
