The EHS Manager will be a key part of the site leadership team and will be the EHS subject matter expert for this location. Working alongside the EHS team, the EHS Manager will be responsible for all Environmental programs and permits for the site.
- Direct management of both locations Title V permits.
- Effectively communicate and work with site’s varying departments, including Operations, Maintenance, and Packaging.
- Manage & mentor a team of 3 direct reports.
- Provide technical guidance and stay up to date on all relevant environmental & safety standards and regulations that impact the organization, at federal, state and local level.
- Maintain oversight with satellite facility in Joliet, IL area.
- Oversee and manage all environmental compliance, reporting, permitting and certifications for the company; these include air permitting and reporting, spill prevention, hazardous waste, storm water and wastewater programs.

- 5+ years EHS experience in chemicals or petrochemical industries.
