Maintain a high level of precision across all CAD outputs
Work closely with onsite surveyors to ensure efficient, high-quality data collection
Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues

Produce detailed and accurate measured building and topographical surveys in 2D & 3D
Actively supports sustainable and charitable initiatives
Support delivery across a wide range of survey projects
Convert raw field data into clear, reliable CAD deliverables
Handles sensitive information appropriately

Requirements

Delivers consistently high-quality work
Strong understanding of surveying data, CAD standards and drawing production
Proven experience producing 2D measured building and topographical plans
Familiarity with construction drawings and terminology
Extensive experience with AutoCAD/BricsCAD
Adapt to varied data types and processing methods
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and alignment with our mission
Listens actively and collaborates to find solutions
Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
Adapts well to change; shows initiative and resilience
High attention to detail and measurement accuracy
Background in measured building surveying (desirable)
