Site Manager – Prime Residential

Description

You’ll be the “boots on the ground” ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site. Reporting into the Senior PM and directors, you’ll support delivery, liaise with subcontractors, maintain quality and help keep the project moving.

• Supporting the programme and helping keep key milestones on track
• Managing daily site activities and maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Maintaining accurate site documentation and using digital tools effectively
• Ensuring H&S compliance on site (SMSTS desirable)
• Building strong relationships with the client, subcontractors and in-house team

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management preferred, with interest in CIOB viewed positively
• Ambitious, intelligent and capable of progressing into broader responsibilities as the estate develops
• Familiarity with Asta Power Project is essential.
• Ideal for an ASM ready to take the step into full Site Management or an Assistant Project Manager looking to develop their career on a long term project.
• Computer literate and able to demonstrate sound construction knowledge
• SMSTS beneficial
• Experience on high-end or complex residential projects
