- Support warehouse receiving, stocking, and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate the daily loading, unloading, staging, and storage of steel beams and materials.
- Inspect and verify materials for damage, accuracy, and compliance.
- Communicate with Production, Shipping, and Quality Control to keep materials flowing.
- Maintain a clean, organized yard and warehouse while promoting OSHA-compliant safety practices.
- Operate forklifts, cranes, and rigging tools safely (certifications preferred).

- Forklift and crane operation (certifications a plus)
- ERP/inventory software knowledge
- Experience: 3+ years in a warehouse, yard, or logistics coordination role — ideally in steel, construction supply, or manufacturing.
- Team-oriented mindset and safety awareness
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
- PPE required: hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, hearing protection, high-visibility vest.
- Strong communication and organization
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade training preferred.
- Keen eye for detail and quality
- Split between outdoor yard and indoor warehouse — all weather conditions.
