Collaborating and effectively communicating with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and team members, to determine project requirements, and timelines, and ensure efficient workflow.
Stay out of town when the location of the project requires
Testing electrical systems and circuits to ensure proper functioning, compliance with safety standards, and identifying any issues.
Adhering to established safety guidelines, including implementing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, to ensure a secure and hazard-free work environment.
Working variable shifts to meet the specific scheduling needs of our clients (proper rest and notice will be given before any shift change). .
Troubleshooting electrical problems and executing necessary repairs or replacements to restore functionality.

Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and commercial electrical systems.
3+ years of experience in commercial electrical installation or service.
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints as well as architectural, mechanical, and other trade-specific drawings to ensure seamless coordination across disciplines.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and diagrams. Ability to travel throughout Florida and adapt to variable work hours and project timelines. Experience running conduit, pulling wire, installing panels, and wiring lighting and control systems.
Valid Florida driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts as needed.
Ability to use hand and power tools commonly employed in electrical installations
Traveling to various locations within Central Florida and across the state as required.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work on Scissor and Boom lifts. .
Proven experience as a Commercial Electrical Installer.
