Description

• Maintaining accurate property and resident records
• Responding to resident questions and providing exceptional service
• Promoting the community through social media and local outreach
• Completing applications, lease agreements, and collecting deposits
• Following Fair Housing laws and company policies at all times
• Touring and showcasing apartments to prospective residents
• Following up promptly with leads to maximize leasing opportunities
• Ensuring model and vacant units are always tour-ready

Requirements

• Saturday availability is required
• 1+ year of leasing, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience
• Comfort with computer systems: Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
