What you would be doing
contract drawings

stakeholder liaison
- Prepare contract and prestart drawings, including variations, for knockdown rebuild projects
- Provide technical advice across departments and support site teams
- Review and check drawings for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure all documentation meets construction and statutory requirements
- Liaise with engineers, energy assessors, and surveyors to ensure compatibility and regulatory alignment

You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply.
- Cert IV in Residential Drafting (or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience using ArchiCAD and/or RevIT
- Solid understanding of construction techniques and R-Codes, and knockdown rebuild specific planning considerations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
