The Asset Management Associate is responsible for driving the execution, development, and implementation of strategies and programs that improve financial and operational performance. This role synthesizes operational results and market data to identify performance‑enhancing opportunities.
The associate conducts financial analysis of multifamily development assets, creating detailed pro‑forma and Excel‑based models. Market data is gathered and analyzed to produce memoranda, reports, and summaries that highlight property‑level and market trends. The role collaborates on investment committee memos, financing and disposition recommendations, and leads the disposition process, including broker coordination and due‑diligence. Ongoing responsibilities include performance monitoring, process improvement initiatives, rent structure evaluation, and support for business leaders.

- Participate in special projects such as bi‑annual portfolio revaluations and peer training.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, economics, or a related field is preferred, and MBA graduates are also considered. Excellent interpersonal, relationship‑management, and presentation abilities are required, along with strong organizational and project‑management capabilities.
