- Provide a Client Focus to communicate all queries, updates and expectations around KPI's and contractual agreements
- Support the delivery teams to ensure the team achieve contractual KPI's
- Ensure all telephone calls are answered and dealt with in an efficient and competent manner, according to the SLA (Service Level Agreement) for the Contract(s)
- Update work orders with all necessary compliance certificates and associated documents onto the clients CAFM and local folders
- Promote personal and wider Health & Safety on site and amongst the team
- Liaise with Supervisors on outstanding work

- Positive approach, resilient, determined and goal oriented.
- Previous experience in an office environment and communicating over the phone
- IT literate with experience on Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word
