Site Engineer

• Oversee the construction and installation of bridges, retaining walls, and other structural works.
• Conduct inspections, quality checks, and compliance reporting in line with project requirements.
• Support project planning, including scheduling, progress reporting, and risk management.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site labour, and materials to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
• Provide on-site engineering support and supervision for civil and structural projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure design intent is achieved.

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join a leading civil and structural engineering team on the Gold Coast. This is a permanent role for an engineer with 3–4 years of experience in site-based civil and structural projects.

• Hands-on experience with FRP (Fibre Reinforced Polymer) applications.
• Proven experience delivering bridges, retaining walls, and structural works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and QA/QC procedures.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• 3–4 years of site engineering experience in civil or structural projects.
