- Oversee and assist with installation of access control, video surveillance, and network systems (Layer 2/3 switches, media converters, Software House boards, power supplies, biometric readers, etc.)
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with site-specific safety requirements and company policies
- Lead and coordinate daily field operations and subcontractor activities to achieve safety, quality, and schedule objectives
- Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to resolve site challenges and drive project success
- Perform and document QA/QC inspections, Level II and III commissioning, and support third-party testing and validation
- Maintain accurate field reports, pre-task plans, and look-ahead schedules
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs) to plan and execute project tasks

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and G-Suite tools
- Relevant low-voltage or manufacturer certifications (Amag, Lenel, C-Cure, Genetec, etc.) preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Site Foreman, Lead Technician, or similar role in security integration or data center environments
- Ability to read and interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, and labeling standards
