Proficient in reading and understanding Fanuc/ISO programming machine code; capable of on-machine programming with support from offline programmers
Strong experience machining a variety of materials on 4- and 5-axis CNC machines
Able to read, understand, and edit CNC programmes, including adjusting speeds and feeds as required
Demonstrates a proactive and innovative approach to team support, problem solving, and continuous improvement
Knowledge of wire erosion is advantageous but not essential
Willingness to work overtime and operate multiple machines to meet KPIs and delivery deadlines
Able to deburr and fettle components during production to meet required standards
Proven ability to produce components from technical drawings and planning route cards to a high standard, working to tight tolerances and within routed timeframes
Skilled in using measuring equipment to inspect parts against planning and drawing specifications
