Administrative Officer

• Support emergency and incident management processes
• Support financial processes including invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget preparation
• Manage front of house duties, visitor management, and office operations
• Provide comprehensive administrative support including meeting coordination, correspondence management, and system record maintenance
• Provide system and project support, including data entry and business management system implementation
• Assist with payroll functions and procurement activities using company systems
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide administrative relief during peak periods

• Demonstrated success in a similar administration role
• SAP Ariba procurement experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills
