ERSEA Manager: This position is responsible for fulfillment of the following Head Start Performance Standard: Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA)
Social Services Manager: This position has responsibility for fulfillment of the following Head Start Performance Standards: Family Partnerships; Community Partnerships, and Parent Involvement; Program Planning and the related Federal Monitoring Protocols. Directly supervises the Family Services Team (3–4-person team).

Basic computer literacy in email, word processing and internet navigation
