Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to position our solutions effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical staff, project managers, operations and support teams to ensure seamless project execution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Development: Identify and prospect new customers, including security directors, facility and property managers, business owners, and general/electrical contractors, to generate sales opportunities.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their unique security needs.
Solution Selling: Present tailored security system solutions to customers, showcasing the value of Silco and the products and services we offer.
Proposal Creation: Prepare accurate and detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts for customers.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system.

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in security integration systems, technology, or construction industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
