  • Interact and coordinate with company Project Managers, Purchasing, Compliance, Accounting and Legal entities to provide and assemble efficient and competitive proposals.
  • The successful candidate will lead and coordinate alternative delivery pursuits and assure compliance with EXP’s policies
  • Identify strategic opportunities for differentiators and niche services with existing and future clients by engaging with industry leaders committed to transforming transit and transportation infrastructure to build momentum and a deeper understanding of client success factors in the successful delivery of projects.
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, transit commissions, Class I railroads, and freight rail clients. Active participation in trade and professional associations in the rail industry like APTA, AREMA, ARDA, IANA and others.
  • Build productive and collaborative internal/external working relationships.
  • Ensure accountability and profitability in the development, execution, and long-term management of rail and transit projects providing support and expertise to the project delivery teams.
  • Provide leadership grounded in accountability, mentorship, and technical excellence across the organization in the realm of transportation engineering
  • As a member of the leadership team you will be expected to assist in growing the NG sector in Texas by coaching, developing and mentoring junior members of the team, identify and initiate business development opportunities to pursue rail & transit projects, and deliver won projects successfully and profitably.
  • Champion the delivery of high-quality professional services by promoting alternative delivery methods, with an emphasis on diversifying and expanding the Texas client and project base
  • Responsible to serve as Project Manager on projects identified and deliver profitable and repeatable results.
