Assist in developing project cost estimates, proposals, and material take‑offs.
Perform technical analysis of remediation methodologies and review contract plans and specifications.
Prepare project submittals, maintain record documents, and generate daily construction reports.
Conduct site surveying (conventional and GPS), oversee subcontractors, and manage equipment and material procurement.
Support Project Manager with daily cost reporting, progress tracking, and quality‑control documentation.
Adhere to all federal, state and local regulations.

The hybrid role involves frequent computer use, communication, and extended periods of standing or walking on site. Workers must wear required PPE and may be exposed to heavy equipment, chemicals, dust, fumes, uneven terrain and extreme weather. A valid driver’s licence is required.

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field with 0‑3 years’ experience.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office; preferred skills include AutoCAD Civil 3D, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and USACE QCS.
Possess strong organizational, communication, problem‑solving and risk‑assessment abilities; work autonomously and meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to project sites for extended periods.
