Office Engineer

Description

• Log and track incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents from clients, partners, and contractors.
• Maintain an organized and consistent filing system to ensure documents are created, signed, stored, and backed up correctly.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate documentation and version control.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with Quality Management System procedures.
• Maintain current and accurate document registers and databases.

Requirements

• Familiarity with various electronic document management systems (EDMS); SharePoint experience is an asset.
• Experience in the AEC field.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• At least 2 years of document control experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
• A bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
