Reporting to the Community Manager, the Assistant Community Manager is expected to operate the property independently when needed, handling leasing activities, resident relations, and day‑to‑day operations. The position requires flexible availability, including the ability to work any day of the week, adhere to scheduled hours consistently, and serve on‑call as necessary.
