Marketing Copywriter

Description

We are hiring a Marketing Copywriter to join our fully remote marketing team. This role is responsible for writing, editing, and producing high‑quality content that educates our audience, supports product and campaign initiatives, and elevates ACD’s position as a trusted voice across the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring stories to life through blogs, white papers, reports, webinar scripts, learning content, and more.

• Write, edit, and publish blogs, whitepapers, guides, reports, case studies, webinar scripts, email campaigns, landing pages, and web content.
• Translate legal, technical, and industry‑specific information into clear, engaging copy for architects, engineers, and construction professionals.
• Apply SEO, readability, and conversion best practices to optimize content for search and user experience.
• Manage content production workflow with internal reviewers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and timely delivery.
• Produce full‑funnel content for all buyer journey stages, from awareness to decision to onboarding/retention.
• Collaborate with content strategists, SEO/GEO leads, product marketing, digital marketing, and customer success to align content with campaigns and product launches.
• Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools to improve engagement, traffic, and conversion.
• Utilize AI‑assisted writing, content automation, CMS, and workflow platforms to scale output while maintaining quality.

Requirements

AIA Contract Documents (ACD) is the industry standard for architecture and construction contracts, trusted for over 135 years. Our Catina platform is a secure, cloud‑based hub for creating and managing contract documents, modernizing how architects, engineers, and construction professionals work by simplifying complex legal workflows and driving clarity and fairness across the built environment.

• Minimum 3 years experience in content marketing, copywriting, journalism, or editorial roles, preferably SaaS, B2B, or legal.
• Proven ability to write across formats (long‑form, short‑form, web copy, technical) with a published portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and content marketing best practices.
• Skilled at managing multiple content projects simultaneously under deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across product, marketing, and legal/SME teams.
• Experience with CMS, content workflow tools, analytics platforms, and optionally AI‑assisted content tools.
