Proposal Engineer

• Conduct post-mortem analysis of won and lost bids to identify areas of improvement
• Manage the proposal development process from start to finish, including coordinating reviews, revisions, and approvals
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure proposals are competitive
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, management and marketing, to gather input and feedback on proposals
• Write proposals in response to customer RFPs/RFQs that are compliant with all requirements, including page limits and formatting guidelines
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, and capabilities
• Ensure all deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
• Maintain accurate records of submitted proposals
• Engage with the technical team, managers, and other stakeholders to define the project scope, schedule, and budget

At Concept Dash Inc., we’re looking for a highly skilled Proposal Engineer to join our team. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for creating proposals in response to client RFPs, RFSQs and RFQs. The candidate must work closely with the technical team and will ensure that the proposal complies with all applicable regulations.

The candidate must have excellent writing and communication skills with an eye for detail, the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and technical skills. The candidate must be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Detail oriented
• ME/MTech in Civil Engineering (Any specialization) - Not mandatory
• Understand technical specifications/standards and requirements to develop a comprehensive proposal
• Excellent English communication skills - Spoken and written
• Company devices such as Laptops and tech adapters and software
• Good Presentation skills
• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
