The Business Manager, Property Operations supports regional property portfolios by improving operational efficiency, financial performance, and compliance. Working closely with regional and site leadership, the manager oversees occupancy management, maintenance oversight, financial controls, and regulatory compliance to meet Asset Living standards and client expectations.
Candidates must have at least a high‑school diploma (a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate or a related field is preferred) and a minimum of three years’ experience in multifamily property or asset management. Required skills include proficiency with Yardi, RealPage, MRI or similar systems, strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace abilities, and knowledge of leasing operations, financial management and regulatory compliance; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
The role is remote and offers a compensation range of $50,000‑$58,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
