To establish a structured, standardised, and accessible archive of bridge-related asset records for both Network Bridge Structures and Major Bridge Structures, supporting Transport Scotland’s operational and strategic needs.
Provide training and guidance to project teams on document handling and archiving protocols.
Contribute to community benefit reporting and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Strong understanding of digital archiving systems and metadata standards.
Experience in searching and consolidating records from varied formats and sources.
