Champion technology best practices, lead innovation, stay current with trends, and enforce cybersecurity policies, assessments, and training programs.
Manage the deployment, inventory, and lifecycle of hardware and software. while ensuring compliance with asset management policies.
Oversee the IT onboarding of new stations and team members, ensuring alignment with company standards, proper setup of accounts, and continuous improvement of the onboarding experience.
Oversee software licensing, including compliance, usage monitoring, reporting, acquisitions, and renewals.
Conduct regular IT compliance audits, address issues proactively, and maintain regulatory and internal policy adherence.
Identify automation opportunities, develop workflows using tools like Power Automate, and manage related IT projects and documentation.
Proficiency in tools like Power Automate or similar for building and managing automated processes.
Experience working with AEC software
Excellent communication skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
Experience with data management, visualization, and BI dashboards
Minimum 3–5 years managing IT infrastructure, hardware/software deployment, and asset lifecycle tracking.
