Be registered as a Professional Engineer in CA, or ability to obtain while working at COWI

Have high written and verbal communication skills including the proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Hold bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or higher (master’s degree preferred), with 5-7 years of related experience in Civil Design, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
