- Conduct end‑to‑end testing for Workday enhancements, configuration updates, and new functionality.
- Identify, log, and validate defects for HR, Payroll, and Recruitment teams.
- Prepare test scripts, documentation, and system walk‑throughs.
- Monitor Workday inboxes, troubleshoot user issues, and escalate as needed.
- Maintain high data quality across all Workday modules.
- Provide day‑to‑day coordination across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding).
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and related documentation.
- Respond to HR inbox queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Support cyclical HR activities such as performance, remuneration, and engagement processes.

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR team on a 12‑month fixed term contract. This role will play a key part in supporting our HR operations, with a strong focus on Workday system testing, troubleshooting, data accuracy, and process optimisation. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR coordination experience who has a passion for systems, continuous improvement, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or People Operations role.
- Experience using Workday (essential).
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working with systems and data.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
