- Data Analysis: Identify, collect, interpret, and organize a variety of industry and other relevant data in multiple formats

Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Document Preparation: Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
- Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate with public and private clients, stakeholders, internal and external engineering and environmental specialists, technical subconsultants and relevant regulatory agencies and/or governing bodies
- Research: Independently conduct research, analyses and studies in support of port planning projects
