The Fieldview Administrator will manage the configuration, administration and day‑to‑day operation of the Fieldview system for the London Square South region, ensuring the platform supports site inspections, quality assurance, defect and snagging management, and accurate record keeping. The role involves travelling to sites throughout South London and working closely with site teams.
Key responsibilities include administering the Fieldview platform (user setup, permissions and project structures), configuring forms, dashboards and reports, managing project set‑up from mobilisation to close‑out, maintaining documentation, monitoring inspection and defect timelines, handling drawing calibration, supporting QA, ITP and handover workflows, providing on‑site user support and training, producing reports for construction and quality teams, and driving continuous improvement through collaboration with the software provider.
The successful candidate will have proven experience administering Fieldview, strong knowledge of its inspection, defect and workflow processes, and demonstrable drawing‑calibration skills. Strong IT abilities, attention to detail and organisational skills are essential, while experience in housing development, knowledge of QA/ITP processes and report generation are desirable.
Personal attributes required are a methodical, structured and process‑driven approach, confident communication with site teams, proactive and solutions‑focused behaviour, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, multi‑site construction environment.
