M&E Quantity Surveyor

Description

• Attend commercial and subcontractor meetings
• Liaise with the Financial Department on reporting
• Monitor site procurement and reporting
• Compile monthly reports per company standards
• Conduct site measures and ensure timely submission of claims
• Assist in preparing project CCS and cash flow forecasts
• Address contract costs, sales, and contribution concerns
• Manage client invoicing and payments to subcontractors
• Resolve disputes with clients and subcontractors
• Validate tender with Project Manager/Director post-award
• Draft pre- and post-contract correspondence with PM

Requirements

M&E Quantity Surveyor required to join a Tier 1 M&E Engineering contractor in their offices in Dublin. The successful candidate will manage the commercial aspects of the project from budgeting to final accounts, ensuring financial compliance. Good opportunity to work on large Data Centre and Pharmaceutical Projects with an excellent company.

• A Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical/Electrical Building Services.
• Experience working on Data Centre/Pharmaceutical/Commercial projects would be advantageous.
• Minimum 5 Years’ experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Electrical or Mechanical packages.
• The successful Quantity Surveyor must be in Ireland or the UK at present and eligible to work in Ireland without the need for a permit.
