The Supply Chain Engineers is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s supply chain and logistics operations to enhance process efficiency and overall productivity. The job holder will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and distributors, ensuring seamless coordination across the supply network.

  • Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and system reconciliation between SCM and 3PL warehouses.
  • Coordinate with internal warehouse and 3PL facilities to ensure timely and accurate stock movement and reconciliation.
  • Manage unscheduled or urgent shipments arriving at the warehouse, coordinating with category and warehouse teams to minimize disruption to operations and sales.
  • Ensure strict adherence to container offloading protocols by the inbound team at all locations.
  • Analyse inbound schedules and determine stock routing based on storage requirements, in coordination with the warehouse supervisor.
  • Collaborate with the category team to implement process improvements, especially in spare parts handling and inventory tracking.
  • Manage end-to-end inbound operations from container offloading to GR posting for Electronics and Home Furniture categories.
  • Supervise and guide teams to follow standard offloading protocols to minimize damage and enhance receiving accuracy.
  • Directly oversee and manage 3PL operations for both inbound and outbound activities.

BA in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Engineering and or similar relevant field

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities, especially in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and adaptability to operational demands.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse layouts, material flow, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with the ability to prepare clear, data-driven reports and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to stock movement, discrepancies, and process optimization.
