GFL is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic to join its Field Operations team. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy‑duty diesel trucks and equipment while working independently, safely, and in accordance with company policies.
Applicants must hold a valid Heavy Duty Mechanic licence (Journeyperson/Red Seal), have at least one year of hands‑on diesel experience, possess a full set of tools, and be able to read technical manuals and schematics. They must also meet safety‑sensitive role criteria and demonstrate strong problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail.
