Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are met or exceeded
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, technical specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
Participate in presentations, interviews, and industry events to represent the company and build brand visibility.
Establish and maintain project budgets; monitor project costs and proactively implement corrective actions as needed.
Foster and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and performance.
Lead the planning, execution, and close-out of large-scale water/wastewater treatment plant projects (typically $50M - $300M+).
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, and stakeholders.
Procure subcontractors and materials through purchase agreements and subcontracts.
Proactively manage project risk, change orders, and claims, while protecting company interests.

Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams, including self-perform and subcontracted work.
Minimum of 10 years of construction, design, finance and management experience/knowledge required on heavy civil or industrial construction projects.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience and training/education.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. CMiC, Procore, MS Project, or equivalent).
5+ years of experience on water or wastewater plant projects.
Proven ability to lead construction projects; design-build and CMAR experience preferred.
Strong understanding of w/ww systems, including process piping, concrete structures, implementation, mechanical equipment, installation, and startup/commissioning.
Safety oriented, OSHA training.

The anticipated compensation for this position is $190,000-220,000/yr depending on previous experience.
