Proven project management experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Minimum of seven years experience in product development, program management, engineering, or regulatory administration.
A minimum of two years' experience in at least one of the following areas is required: competitive product development; DSM product development; renewable energy; energy monitoring and information services.
Experience developing financial plans, evaluating competition and markets, team leadership, and project management.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Knowledge of development processes and utility regulation.
Five years experience in product development, program management, engineering, or regulatory administration.
Experience with investor-owned utility customer energy programs preferred.
MBA preferred.
Bachelors degree in business administration, engineering or related discipline or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
