  • Fulfilling the service requests in the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and collaborating with IS Service Owner to define the domain service catalog.
  • Supporting major incident and critical situation resolution by finding the root cause of incidents (through known errors and root cause analysis), defining workarounds, and following up on fixing root causes (by planning problem resolution and change implementation).
  • Collaborate closely with country HR leads and manage the AMS vendor for timely delivery of solutions.
  • Reviewing SLAs and corresponding service monitoring and controlling metrics to identify rightsizing opportunities.
  • Dedicating resources to monitor problem volumes, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) quality, solution timelines, and following up on potential improvement opportunities.

  • You are immersed in and highly skilled in operational strategy, process optimization, and performance management within the IT services sector. You enjoy working with tools and methodologies such as HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), Service Now, ADO and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
  • You are at ease communicating in English
  • Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of Project management.
  • Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 5 years of experience in operations management, including roles such as Operations Lead and Process Improvement Specialist, working with technologies incident management tools.
  • You possess advanced skills in project management, resource allocation, and cross-functional team leadership. You are highly adept in platforms such as Microsoft Power BI, Service Now, and Excel for advanced analytics, enabling you to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • You are passionate about strategic planning, team development, and continuous improvement, and you are innovative around problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
