The role requires a valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart and the ability to meet physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance), and working in all weather conditions. Flexibility to take evening, weekend, and holiday calls, as well as occasional travel to support other properties or attend training, is also required.
The position offers an hourly wage of $21.00‑$22.66, with additional compensation determined by business needs, experience, skills, and location. Employees may be eligible for quarterly or annual bonus programs, which differ for corporate and onsite property roles.

Other benefits include 401(k) matching up to 6 %, paid parental leave, fertility reimbursement, employee assistance, pet and legal plans, and onsite housing discounts where available.
