Hospitality Ambassador

Description

As a Marketing Greeter In‑House, you will welcome guests, provide customer service, share general location information, and guide them to marketing desk locations.

• Distribute authorized Hilton Grand Vacations marketing materials to guests.
• Provide phone support and concierge assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Maintain professional verbal, interpersonal, and guest‑relation etiquette.
• Multitask and balance priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Communicate fluently in English (spoken, reading, and writing).
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
