Support the Land Acquisition Team by evaluating property search criteria and organizing pertinent property findings.
Collaborate with the Land Acquisition Team to review property search criteria and organize relevant property results.
Assist in site feasibility studies.
Apply for and secure permits for single-family site development.
Assist with additional Land Development projects as needed.

Competent in computer software such as Word, Adobe, Outlook, and Excel; experience with Project Management software is advantageous.
Experience in developing and managing project budgets.
Strong organizational skills with a reliable approach to meeting deadlines.
Knowledgeable with Stormwater/Grading permits, CSWGP and/or 1200C Permits is beneficial, but not required.
Familiarity with land use planning and entitlement processes.
1-3 years of relevant experience with some college (preferably in engineering, business, land use planning, or related field).
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Skilled in reading and understanding engineering plans and utility layouts.
