Contribute to process improvement, data quality, and continuous learning within the Specification team.
Track and manage project specifications through CRM systems (C4C/BCI) to ensure projects progress to successful completion.
Generate and write project specifications using Duspec/MasterSpec to meet customer and business requirements.
Provide customers with expert advice on product, colour, warranty, and technical details.
Collaborate with Business Development and National Specification teams to deliver timely, high-quality specification support.
