- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing regarding events and prospects.
- Responsible for creating a great First Impression for all guests.
- Direct visitors and delivery personnel to appropriate parking areas, receiving docks, or designated entry points.
- Responsible for verifying and documenting the scheduled presence of all visitors to the community
