The Accounts Payable Manager will lead a small team and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant invoice processing while driving process improvements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing high-volume transactions in a dynamic environment.
- Manage payment processing and reconciliations using Corpay
- Lead and mentor AP specialists to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Oversee full-cycle AP across multiple entities and bank accounts
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
- Design scalable AP processes and enhance internal controls
