Demonstrated experience working with Department of Transportation (DOT) agencies is strongly preferred
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other modeling software
Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering or related field; master’s degree a plus
Strong technical expertise in transportation engineering principles, standards, and practices, including proficiency with relevant software tools and design standards
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
Requires at least 8+ years of experience
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion, including experience with project planning, design, and construction phases
