In this role, the engineer will supervise daily site operations, liaise with project engineers, consultants and contractors, interpret technical documents, monitor progress against schedules, enforce safety and quality standards, produce regular site reports, conduct inspections, address on‑site challenges, assist with procurement and logistics planning, and provide technical guidance to the workforce.
- Supervise day‑to‑day bridge construction and maintenance activities on site.

- Interpret and apply construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Monitor project progress, adhere to schedules, and report any delays or technical issues.

- Conduct inspections and assist in preparing inspection requests for completed work.
- Identify site challenges and propose effective solutions with the engineering team.
- Support procurement planning, material tracking, and overall site logistics.
- Communicate effectively with the workforce and provide technical guidance as needed.

The firm is seeking a motivated Site Engineer with 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in bridge construction or maintenance to oversee site activities, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery in line with approved drawings and specifications.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, possess 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience, and have a valid UAE driving licence. A solid grasp of structural elements, construction methods, local standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes is required, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in bridge construction or maintenance projects.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Strong understanding of structural elements, construction methods, and site procedures.
- Familiarity with local construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of site management tools is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Benefits
The position is a permanent contract within the Consulting and Operations business line, located in the Middle East and South Asia region, offering a monthly salary between AED 6,000 and AED 8,000.
