Develop and implement improved methods of materials handling, stock control and packaging to promote efficiency, service, and reduced costs.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination of training, and evaluation of warehouse employees including: interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Product and application knowledge, electrical product materials handling experience, and a background in wholesale electrical distribution are strongly recommended.

Occasional lifting and carrying 51-100 lbs. Assistance of a buddy-lift or a mechanical device is advised.
Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
Ability obtain and maintain forklift certification.
