Assist with finance-related tasks, excluding accounting, as required by the finance department.
Ensure decisions from meetings are communicated to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Maintain statutory books and records, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
Assist the Company Secretary Head with managing meetings and legal compliance.
Provide advice on governance, legal, accounting, and tax implications during meetings.
Ensure timely distribution of meeting documents and notices (including shorter notices when required).
Organize, prepare agendas for, and take minutes of board meetings and AGMs.
Prepare and maintain secretarial records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with external regulators, auditors, and legal advisors to ensure compliance and support legal and regulatory processes.
Prepare attendance sheets and director’s reports.
Handle correspondence, collect relevant information, and prepare reports.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
