Coordinate learning reviews, produce relevant reports, advise and implement applicable recommendations.
Provide professional support and advice to site management teams and staff on Occupational Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality matters.

Carry out regular site inspections with Coffey teams, identify initiatives to improve performance and assist in addressing opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with site management teams and HSQE team in continually improving our Business Management Systems.
Assist and collaborate with the clients' representatives and relevant external bodies (e.g. enforcing agencies) and attend client and external site inspections and audits.
Assist the site management teams in reviewing relevant documentation (direct and subcontractor) prior to commencement on site and as the works progress.
Attend and contribute to HSQE meetings at site, regional/sector and company level.
Assist in coordination of fire safety certification, fire drills and training where required.
Setting up of and assisting in the review of sub-contract/supplier Insurances.
Sourcing, planning and delivering training to employees as required to recognised/acceptable standards. Assisting in coordination of other training (e.g. external training providers) where required.
Assisting in producing periodic HSQE reports as required.
Assisting in monitoring and maintaining relevant training records.
Assist in the input to tender/prequalification/pre-construction process where required.
Compile, coordinate and partake in toolbox talks, inductions and other consultation sessions.
